Mitsuko's jewelry is individually made. So, if selection is in stock, we will confirm your order by email and
try our best to send it within 48 hours upon approval by Paypal. If the jewelry has been sold, we will contact you by email
about creating a similar piece of jewelry.

can make payment through the internet, by mail or by telephone by using major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express,
Discover Card or Paypal.
We find Paypal to be very reliable and secure
for credit card verification.
You can make payment at Mitsuko's Studio
by credit card, check or cash.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We may ask for additional charges or other adjustments. We will inform you of such
charges within two business days for your approval. We will then proceed with your order only with your approval.
DELIVERY
At this time, we ship to street addresses (no PO Boxes) within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Orders over $400.00 will be shipped free with delivery confirmation by 3 to 5 day shipping by US Postal Service. Please
contact us if you wish insurance and extra delivery service.
For all orders, we will send you tracking numbers by email.
RETURNS
Jewelry created especially for you by Special Order can
not be returned.
The return of jewelry requires prior consent from Mitsuko.
Cash will not be refunded. Credit may be applied toward future purchases. A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted.
Additional charges may be applied.
